A severe rupture of the tendon allowed an X-ray imaging of the bones, revealing an inner world that was meant to be invisible like a phantom. Energy travels silently through all the beings, as big as the vast cosmic vibration, and as small as the faintest pulse inside body. The energy flowing through leaves a trace of temperature.

The elusive energy aroused an impulse to imagine and to perceive. In To The Stars series, the artist’s intention is to imagine and to imitate the energy so as to reveal the invisible. The X-ray imaging of torso, flora and fauna formulates an intertwining web of light beams. The beam disperses and scatters where the bones intersect, generating an accelerating energy force.
